Our research
Clinical Organizational Science (COS) is an integrative framework that treats organizational stability not as passive inertia but as an actively and recursively reproduced dynamic state. Drawing on complexity science, neuroscience, organizational psychology, and behavioral science, it specifies the structural mechanisms through which organizations maintain their current patterns — and the conditions under which durable transformation becomes more probable.
