Masaya Nakamori
Head of Research
Nakamori leads the theoretical development of the Center’s research program. The program’s central question is how organizations maintain stability and how they transform, approached structurally: organizations as complex adaptive systems, multilevel emergent mechanisms connecting individual habit formation to organizational routines, sensemaking, and the structural theory of organizational development and change.
